These websites are run by the Sioux Falls South Dakota Stake to share meeting links and weekly bulletins. This page describes exactly what they collect and what they do not.
This is a website run by a local congregation. It is not an official website of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and it is not operated by the Church.
If you are just reading the site
You do not sign in, and we do not ask you for anything. We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or cookies that follow you. We do not build a profile of you and we have nothing to sell.
Loading any page does involve a few other companies, because the pages are served and styled using their services. Each of them can see your IP address and which page you asked for, as is true of essentially any website:

If you sign in to edit
Only people the stake has given access can sign in. When you do, we receive from Google, and store, the following:
- Your email address
- Your name as Google provides it
That is all. We never receive your Google password, and we do not ask Google for your contacts, calendar, files, or anything else about you.
While you are signed in, your browser keeps a sign-in token in its local storage so you are not asked to sign in on every page. Signing out removes it.
The site keeps a record of who changed what and when, so the stake can tell who edited a page. That record stores the action and the person, never the contents of what was written.
What the site stores
- The wording of pages and bulletins, which is written by editors and is intended to be public once published
- Images an editor uploads for a page banner. These are publicly readable by anyone with the link, so do not upload anything private
- The names of ward leaders as they appear in a printed bulletin
Phone numbers, where the stake records them for a printed bulletin, are held separately and are never sent to a visitor's browser. They are readable only by people signed in as editors for that ward.
Who else sees it
Nobody. Nothing here is sold, rented, or shared for advertising. The companies listed above process data only so the sites can function. Sign-in email is sent through Resend when the bulletin emails you a sign-in link.
How long it is kept, and removal
Published pages and bulletins stay until an editor changes or removes them. Sign-in accounts stay until the stake removes them. If you have signed in and would like your account and name deleted, ask and it will be done.
Children
The public pages are open to anyone, and collect nothing. Editing accounts are given to adults serving in a calling.
